I think this spot is ideal for someone looking for a typical south goa vibe, chilled out in the countryside nothing overtly fancy or flashy. The staff seem to be hand picked and seemed generally efficient and kind.

If i have to be really picky, there were minor plumbing issues with the sink in the kitchen and the shower cubicle. It's not a major issue just something regular upkeep can manage.

Breakfast menu needs improvement

Honestly, for the price, it was a very good property! The staff was friendly and always open for communication. There was a mistake with my payment; I was charged twice, but they followed through the whole process and made sure I got my money back.

Minimally cute and adorable Good location, swimming pool, breakfast, fully furnished room/apartment with all appliances

Price is on a little higher side, we got it for around 4500 per night.

- Long walk to the beach- Kitchen did not have much cutlery, pots and pans.- Hard bed- Not comfortable sofa- Close to railway with heavy and noisy traffic (sounding the horn during nighttime)

I really liked everything about the property. I especially loved the decor. I think it was renovated not long time ago. We stayed at the flat with one bedroom and it was a perfect size for a couple with a dog. You can make your own meals, relax on the balcony or work. I worked remotely and the Wi-Fi was just fine. They provide with different types of entertainment in the common area for both adults and children. Breakfasts served were fresh and tasty - thank you Rena. The staff always greets you with a smile. They even run a small grocery store with essentials for the guests. You can also use a washing machine for a small fee. It's a perfect place to stay with your dog too (which is hard to find). It's calm and has enough space for the walks even within the gates. Just be aware of the 2 resident kitties who run the place ;) If you are worried the hotel is located close to the railway tracks - don't be. It won't bother you. Trains passing from time to time are like a white noise in the background. I'm sensitive to loud sounds and most of the time I didn't realize there are any trains.We stayed in their villas in a different location in Goa before and I definitely recommend both places.

Good view clean and comfortable

Very tranquil and soothing location.Host/owner of property Mrs Monica takes in personal adherence to your well being during your stay and she was extremely generous to allow us late check out in order to match our flight departure timing.

Nothing in particular,met all my requirements

Treehouse hotel was cozy, comfortable, clean! Everything from the facilities to nice and kind staff made our stay here memorable.

Everything about the property was great - location, cleanliness, staffs and the apartments.

Everything is very well thought off. from breakfast to the cleanliness , the staff is very helpful and prompt. there is a wide variety of breakfast options . pool is supper clean . rooms very well equipped foe basic cooking with hotplates and basic utensils. a refrigerator too is available. many things to do with children like table tennis, X box , carrom , chess , football table and reading . superb proximity to the best beaches in goa. The hotel issues you a card as it is affiliated to a few restaurants to offer you a 10% discount on food. over all a superb stay

The location, facilities in the room, cleanliness and the service were all excellent. However would I want the hassle I had to go through again? I am not so sure!

The booking experience unfortunately brings an otherwise amazing score down. Despite booking made 7 months in advance it gets cancelled 3 days before the holiday and we have to scramble to find alternatives. Both the hotel and booking.com blame each other. The result is that we have to spend our valuable time looking for suitable alternatives. And it doesn't end there unfortunately.

The property. was well maintained. Clean. And we like environmental thinking.We like all stuff. Kind and helpsome. soma name: Bhusahan, Sejal, Nikhil and Swella.

It was a bit far from the beach. Well we like to walk but in the night it is not so nice because of all dogs. It should be an improvement if a ricksa had been availabel not just taxicars.

The apartments are very comfortale and cosy, well equiped. The neighberhood is calm, I was just hoping that the beach is a bit closer.

Good location Parking space not always available inside the property ,in that case road parking Pool is very average ,outside lawn is not as big as expected .Breakfast is again very average. Nothing memorable .Staff is easy to communicate it and can help with suggestions on food etc

The outdoor part ,pool was average ,only 2 pool chairs .Sofa in the room was not very comfortable to actually sit and watch a movie per say Would have preferred the washing machine indoors ,rather than having to take the laundry downstairs and bring it back up .

The bed in 105 was making a lot of noise as if it is going to break

The apartment was a good size with efficient air conditioning. Room cleanliness good although sometimes slight smell from drains in bathroom. Staff were all friendly and helpful particularly Juwela at reception and Swella who was very helpful finding lost phoneReena in the restaurant was helpful in explaining different dishesWilson was a friendly helpful taxi driver often used by the hotel

The hotel was a little isolated and transport is needed to get to restaurants and beaches. There are no nearby restaurants, On the plus side taxis were cheap and could be booked at reception although this sometimes meant waiting a while.
